On October 10-11, 2024, Tamar Zarandia, Dean of Tbilisi State University's Faculty of Law, participated in the 25th Anniversary International Scientific-Practical Conference of Civilists. This event was organized by the Private Law Research Institute of Caspian University, with the support of the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ), the Kazakhstan International Arbitration Center, and the legal firm Zanger Law Firm.
The conference was dedicated to the theme of "Civil Law Norms" and featured discussions on significant topics within this field. During the event, the Dean presented a report addressing fundamental issues concerning the delineation of civil law norms.
In addition, alongside Mr. Lado Chanturia, the Dean awarded Professor Maidan Suleimenov the university medal in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the field of law and his efforts to strengthen academic cooperation between Georgia and Kazakhstan.
